Terms of service

These terms govern use of MailVora provided by TechCore Experts. The operator of this installation should review them with legal counsel before offering the service commercially.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account, for keeping credentials and API keys secret, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Organization owners are responsible for the members and mailboxes they create.

Acceptable use

• Send email only to people who asked for it or have a clear relationship with you. Purchased or scraped lists are not permitted.
• Do not send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, and do not impersonate others.
• Honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Bulk and marketing mail must use the one-click unsubscribe option.
• Keep bounce and complaint rates low. We may limit or suspend sending that harms deliverability for other customers.

Plans, invoices and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each period according to the published prices. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Overdue accounts may be restricted after notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period; upgrades are prorated.

Service

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee that every message will reach the recipient's inbox: delivery also depends on the receiving providers. Accepted means accepted for delivery, not delivered.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an organization immediately to stop abuse or a security incident, and will explain why. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time; export what you need first.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes before they apply.
